Over on Greenman’s Climate “Climate Denial Crock of the Week” site, (link below) he’s displayed a fairly dramatic chart showing how the cost of Solar Cells has plummeted over time…

I’ll look around for the source data on that chart, I’d love to see how it plays out in a linear/linear setting versus a log/log setting…

Regardless of the graphic technique being used, it’s very very clear that Solar has become THE affordable alternative energy source, especially for a distributed grid.
